TINUBU USED POVERTY AS A WEAPON! 😱🔥 Presidency Receives Urgent Message as Atiku Blows Hot - See His Accusation

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu's administration of using poverty as a weapon to control and suppress the masses. Atiku made this statement on Saturday in Abuja during the 60th birthday lecture of former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi, themed "Weaponising Poverty in Nigeria."

Atiku spoke about his early years in Kano, recalling that he never saw homeless people sleeping on the streets or under bridges. "This particular government is weaponising poverty," Atiku declared. He contrasted the current state of affairs with the past, saying, "When I was growing up in the north, the most prosperous city or state was Kano State. As soon as I finished secondary school, my first location was Kano State. I never saw people sleeping outside."

However, Atiku painted a starkly different picture of present-day Kano, saying, "Recently, people were all over the state sleeping under the bridge, on the streets, who were driven out by poverty and insecurity. There is a state agency in Kano responsible for providing support to such people. And they started doing their work and enlightening people and removing people from under the bridges and outside on the streets. They were called to Abuja and they were told to stop it."

Atiku expressed determination to resist this trend, saying, "You may call me a conspirator, you may call me anything, and that is why we are in this alliance to make sure we don't allow them to continue weaponising poverty. Of course, one of our star conspirators is Rotimi Amaechi. We will continue to conspire with you to make sure we minimise poverty and we don't use state machinery to weaponise poverty."

Atiku's statement has sparked a reaction, with many Nigerians calling for the government to address the issue of poverty in the country. The Tinubu-led administration has faced criticism for its handling of the economy, with many citizens struggling to make ends meet.

The issue of poverty has become a pressing concern in Nigeria, with many people struggling to access basic necessities like food, shelter, and healthcare. Atiku's statement highlights the need for the government to take concrete steps to address poverty and ensure that the most vulnerable members of society are protected.

As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the government will respond to Atiku's allegations. However, one thing is clear: the issue of poverty will continue to be a major challenge for the Tinubu administration, and it will require bold and decisive action to address it.

In recent times, Nigeria has faced numerous economic challenges, including inflation, unemployment, and insecurity, which have all contributed to the rising poverty levels. The government has implemented various policies aimed at addressing these challenges, but more needs to be done to ensure that the poor and vulnerable are protected.

Atiku's statement serves as a wake-up call for the government to take a closer look at its policies and ensure that they are not exacerbating poverty. As the country moves forward, it is essential that the government prioritizes the needs of its most vulnerable citizens and takes concrete steps to address poverty.

The people of Nigeria deserve a government that is committed to their welfare and well-being. As Atiku said, "We will continue to conspire with you to make sure we minimise poverty and we don't use state machinery to weaponise poverty." This statement underscores the need for a collective effort to address the issue of poverty and ensure that Nigeria's most vulnerable citizens are protected.

In conclusion, Atiku's statement highlights the need for the government to take a closer look at its policies and ensure that they are not exacerbating poverty.
